Where can I buy PureEdge?

Are PureEdge tools covered by a warranty?
Every PureEdge product is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Keep your receipt — proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
How long do the batteries last on a single charge?
Runtime varies by model. The RFC-018 trimmer and RFC-5618B multigroomer deliver 240 minutes (4 hours), the RFC-1803 clipper delivers 210 minutes, and the RFC-2000 Pro Style Hair Clipper delivers 150 minutes — all on a single charge.
Do PureEdge tools have batteries?
All PureEdge products have recharging ports and do not need batteries. Depending on the model number the charging type will differ.
RFC-1803 has a USB charging cable, andRFC-018 / RFC-5618B / RFC-6918B have a type-C charging cable.
Are the blades replaceable?
No. PureEdge blades are not user-replaceable. They're engineered from stainless steel (or titanium-coated and ceramic on the RFC-1803) to stay sharp through the life of the tool. For warranty issues, contact info@pureedgegrooming.com.
Are PureEdge products waterproof?
All models should only be rinsed under running water and not submerged or used under running water (shower etc)
What does 'travel lock' do?
Travel lock prevents the tool from turning on accidentally when packed in a bag or luggage. Press and hold the power button to engage; do the same to release.
